- Feb 08, 2019 I went on to 123.hp.com and this is the only tech support the was offered. If you don't want to get in the middle of these types of situations maybe you should not attached you services to these request. I clearly went on to a HP site. If you are not 'HP' then your services should not be there.
- Purchased an ENVY 5055 to work with my desktop MAC. I print out packing slips for customers which always print out the color portion. If I use my phone to print, the colors option show up. But using the desktop MAC, it does not give me a color option selection and only prints in black & white. Pring Quality Diagnostic and scan page printed out.
